Citizens of India who are above the age of 21 years are eligible to
apply for home loans offered by Union Bank of India. Applicants are
required to be employed or self employed and earn a regular income. On
the other hand, it is essential for the applicants to have a single or
joint account in the bank before making their application. The bank
allows a maximum home loan amount of Rs. 300 lacs in major cities like
Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida
and Ahmedabad. For other cities in India, Union Bank of India offers a
maximum loan amount of Rs. 100 lacs.
